Service Description

The purpose of the courses in the First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Class time is approximately 4 hours. All American Red Cross courses have the option to add-on an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) for $75 that includes 1 - Modular carry case 1 - CAT tourniquet 1 - FAST tourniquet 2 - Vented chest seals 1 - Emergency or Israeli bandage 1 - Pair of trauma shears 2 - Pairs of latex gloves 1 - Package of gauze 1 - NPA
